HE is Risen Blog Hop ~ March 19th

 Welcome to the

http://scrapsbygracie.blogspot.com/.../he-is-risen-blog...

Today's hop will be a celebration of Christ rising from the grave.

We've got a great group of bloggers today and the projects will just wow you.

Please comment on each of the blogs the hop to be entered into the prize drawing.

Today's prize is a $10 gift certificate to
Simon Says Stamp.

The hop will be open for comments until March 31st.
Winner will be announced on Theresa's blog on April 1st. No Fooling!

Now on with the projects.

Here is my design:

For this blog hop our theme was Christian Easter celebration.  I decided to make this layered card.  I've made a layered card this past winter and it was a favorite.

I like this card as the crosses are up on the hill and it reminds me of HIS sacrifice for us. I also like the intricate cuts and details.  I added some flower buttons for spring and to add color.  May you have a blessed Easter and remember HE is the REASON for the SEASON!

Up Next is my creative friend, Connie!

Don't forget to comment for your chance to win.

Paper: Neenah, Recollections

Inside of Card

I decided to make a layered card for Emily as she really liked one of the cards recently made for a Christmas Design Team challenge.  It was a layered card with a window view.

She kept asking me to give it to her for her Birthday, so I figured this would be a winner.  I made sure to include some of her favorite colors and bling too.  The inside sentiment is from "Good Times " from Cardz TV Stamps.

Guest Designer for12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop ~ Day#4 (11/27/15)

If you're looking for The Cardz TV Card Designers
Challenge #6 " Thanksgiving" click here!

Welcome to the
12 Days of Christmas
Blog Hop

This hop will take place  November 24th through December 5th and there will be new postings each day by 8am eastern standard time. This hop will be full of wonderful ideas and inspiration to get you well on your way of creating all of your beautiful Christmas projects.

This is an awesome way to get a lot of your Christmas cards, scrapbook layouts finished, home decorations completed and maybe even be inspired to create something using a new technique that you have never tried.  There will be a new project posted each and every day by all the wonderful  amazing ladies in this hop. Also each day we will have a guest designer  or two for you to visit.

"You should be arriving from the talented Lisa's blog. If so, GREAT if not, please check out the bottom of my blog for a complete list of the blog line-up."

There is also blog candy, you can find out more at the beginning of the blog hop where you will find specific details on Lisa's blog!

My design:

I'm sharing a card today with snowflakes.  It seems early but some of the country has already received a white blanket of snow and pretty snowflakes.

Having lived in the Midwest we do occasionally miss the white snow, but we don't miss the ice.
We have ever received snow down in the lower valleys of Arizona but it isn't to often.  They received snow up on the mountains near us the other week and also in the higher elevations (Northern AZ). If we get to missing the snow too much we can go play it on a nearby mountain!

Thanks for joining me today, may you have a blessed Christmas and upcoming New Year!
