Welcome to the first ever Get Inky! Stamps Blog Hop! Our theme for this hop is REPEAT, in celebration of National Repeat Day, which is this Monday, June 3rd! It is a day to repeat anything...such as eating the same thing for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner! Or, for repeating things you've said...are you ready for some blog candy blog candy blog candy? Yes? For my project, I stayed with the theme of the hop and did one of my favorite cards; a triple layered card & included triple stamps.   I used the Buzzing Bee's stamp set on this card.

Crafty Card Gallery Design Team Designers ~ May Challenge 5/29

Today, we're sharing with you our "stamp challenge" for this month with Crafty Card Gallery design team. 

For this challenge we we're asked to use: An item you would find in or around your home must be featured on your card.

Here is our card:

We love fruits & vegetables at our house!  You can always find an apple...in fact several types at our house.  When we moved to Arizona we never would have imagined they would have apple orchards here, but they do!  We love to go and pick them in the fall.  We have yet to find AZ cider like they have back from the Midwest but we did from some from the Midwest the past two years at Sam's/Costco, yeah!!

WE love Sunshine so when I heard about this hop I immediately said, " WE'RE IN"!  WE only live in year round sunshine...sunny ARIZONA!!

This is what we've made for you today, this makes our day feel like there is a little more sunshine in it.

Recipe:

I made this sunny easel card using paper from DCWV, K&Company and Colorbok.  I cut it with a file(s) I had from from My Scrap Chick and Silhouette.   I then embellished it with baker's twine from Two Berry, Stamp-In Up ink and my button stash on hand.

Get Inky! Stamps ~ Designer Challenge #4

Today's card was inspired from our "Show us some die-cuts" challenge.  I made this card for my cousin who is expecting a baby girl!

It is a onesie with trim & a cute flower.  I think it is a cute card and I always had my two in onesies when they were little.  I added the "ba-bee shower" stamp for the event.  This was a fun & easy card to make!
