Welcome to the 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop

Welcome to day one of the twelve days of Christmas blog hop.  I'm starting off with this cute reindeer card.  The background paper made me think of his antlers and the sentiment is perfect for a friend.  So follow us with his bright nose for the next elven days as we hop along and enjoy many cards, crafts and fun.  I look forward to seeing you back tomorrow and reading your comments!

Cardz TV Fall DT Challenge #5 - Color My Christmas!

What colors do you decorate with for Christmas?  Do you use a certain color of lights outside, on your tree or do you have multiple trees with themes?  For this month our challenge @ Cardz TV our theme is "Color My Christmas".  

For this challenge we could only use the colors Red, Green, White and Pink on our cards.  Make sure you make a note when you are creating your project as it's easy to get busy...just when you think your done, "oops you discover you've forgotten & there is an extra color in there". ツ

Here is my design:

For Christmas I like the traditional red, green and white colors, I think the pink fits in with all of the colors quite well and the base paper reminds me of a candy cane. The bow was perfect for the secret santa sentiment from our Snail Mail stamp set and I've been told it's hard to find secret santa cards.
