Here is my design:

I created a card for a friend for her baby shower this weekend.  She has two darling boys and does not know what she is expecting this time, were hoping it's a girl but if it's another boy; we know he'll be adorable as his older brothers are handsome.

I started with a standard yellow base card, then I embossed a white top.  Next, I added a thick yellow ribbon and added a white paper overlay including a Cardz TV sentiment, from the "Congratulations" stamp set. the sentiment and design.
