I'm a new ...

Yes, I'm excited to announce I'm a new Design Team Member on the Cardz TV Design Team this summer. Today we're starting our term with our first challenge "Graduation"!  Please join us now at CardzTV and enter your graduation cards!

Here is my design:

I created this card for this challenge and to give to my daughter for her 8th grade graduation. We have a small blessing for them which is part of beautiful ceremony with the seniors who are graduating from High School.  

I used basic white card stock for the base of my card, then I used used DCWV black and white gingham paper, lastly I finished off applying my cap with tassel and star along with the banner & Congratulations on your graduation! sentiment.

I used the Cardz TV "Congratulations" stamp set.

Stamp with Washi Tape Challenge ~ 5/16/14

Today's card is inspired from our current "Washi Tape" Challenge!

My design:

I decided to do this card as we were needing another sample for this challenge. I had seen a similar design and I thought I could replicate something similar as I thought some stamps would be perfect for the card and the challenge.  

I am pleased with how the card turned out and it was fun to make.  For this card I used the Hip To Be Square stamp set and for the sentiment I used our Love Bugs set.
